Download Instructions for Macs:
Download images using Internet Explorer on a Mac:
- To save your image, click on the thumbnail to see a Full Size Image.
- Click and hold down your mouse button over the full sized image.
- Scroll down and choose "Download Image to Disk"
- A Download File to window will now open.
- The image name will automatically appear in the window Image name should always appear
with .jpg at the end. If your image is missing this extension or shows a different one, for
example: Index 123456.exe change the ending to .jpg to insure saving it properly.
- Choose where you would like this image to be saved by choosing the folder on your
computer/network where the image should be saved.
Note: If you do not choose a location for this file Internet
Explorer will automatically save it to the last download location.
- Once you've designated where the image should go, you can Save Image.

Download images using Netscape on a Mac:
To see your image full size, click upon the thumbnail.
- To save your image click on the "Download Index 123456.jpg" link below the thumbnail.
- A Download File Window will now open.
- The image name will automatically appear in the window next to File Name:
- Choose where you would like this image to be saved by choosing the folder on your
computer/network where the image should be saved.
Note: If you do not choose a location for this file Netscape will automatically
save it to the last download location.
- Once you've designated where the image should go, click on Save Image.

Download images using Netscape on a PC:

- Right Click upon the full image.
- Scroll down and click upon "Save Picture As"
- A Save File window will now open.
- The image name will automatically appear in the window next to File Name: Image name

a different one, for example: Index123456.exe change the ending to .jpg to insure saving it properly.
- Choose where you would like this image to be saved by choosing the folder on your
computer/network where the image should be saved.

Troubleshooting:
If your computer can't read the downloaded image files:
View photos in an application that can read JPEG format and make sure the file saves as ".jpg", not ".exe".
If you can't find the images on system after downloading:
Return to Pick-Up images, log in with User Code and Password and download the image again. Specify a save location.
